A lived-in home, thoughtfully restyled. We paired digital decluttering and virtual staging with a website that takes buyers from the front door through the living spaces as they scroll.

A few good questions.

Something else on your mind?

Start a project
Is this a website for one property or for my whole business?

This offer is a dedicated website for an individual listing. If you need an agent or brokerage website, tell me about that separately so we can scope the right project.

Can I keep my existing website and listing platforms?

Yes. Share the property link from your existing website and marketing. Any MLS or portal use needs to follow that channel’s requirements; we confirm suitable links and branding for your intended use.

Do you work with agents outside Lake Havasu?

Yes. I’m based in Lake Havasu City and work remotely with agents across Arizona. We use supplied photography and listing information, then review the presentation together.

Are photography, staging, and video included?

The quote spells out the media work. Usable supplied photographs are the starting point. Photography, extensive cleanup, virtual staging, generated motion, and measured 3D tours each have different requirements and are scoped accordingly.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Send the listing, available photos, and intended launch date. I’ll confirm the work, price, revisions, and schedule after reviewing the material.

What happens after the property sells?

We agree on the hosting term and treatment of sold or expired listings in advance. That can include a status update or taking the sales listing offline. With permission, a separate portfolio copy can preserve the design with buyer inquiries disabled, independently of the active listing.

Have a listing in mind?
