How long am I committed?
Plans run on a 12-month initial term. That term is what lets the build fee stay as low as it is.
What happens after the 12 months?
The plan continues month-to-month. You're not re-signing for another year, and you're not locked in.
Is the Lead Engine an extra cost?
Not on a plan — it's included in all three, at no added charge. The $199/mo standalone is only for businesses keeping a website I didn't build. Bought that way, it's month-to-month with no term.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the 12-month initial term is complete. The build fee pays for the work; the initial term is what lets that fee stay low.
What if I cancel after the initial term?
You keep your website code — it's yours to take anywhere. What ends is the service around it: I'd no longer host, maintain, or update the site, and your CRM access would close. Before you go, I export your full contact list to CSV, so every lead and customer you captured leaves with you.
Can I spread the build fee out?
Yes. If paying it up front is the obstacle, I'll fold the whole build into your monthly across the first 12 months — nothing due at signing. Your monthly runs higher that first year, then drops to the plan price once the build is paid off.
What if I need to leave before the 12 months are up?
The remainder of the initial term is paid out — that's what the buyout covers. It's spelled out in your agreement before you sign anything.
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because you should know whether we're in the same ballpark before you spend forty-five minutes on a call finding out. When a price isn't on the page, it usually gets quoted after someone's learned your budget. I'd rather show you real numbers and get a quick no than win a project by being vague about what it costs.
Is the price on this page final?
It's a starting point, not a ceiling I'll defend. These numbers assume a site that has to perform hard. If what you need is simpler, you'll be quoted less — and if neither the price nor the payment structure works, say so and we'll find the version that does.
Can I move from the Lead Engine to a full plan later?
Yes. Your leads, history, and pipeline carry over — nothing is migrated or lost. You'd add a build fee and move to the plan you want.
